Little Castro started in events and weddings, and brought the same standard onto set: food that’s simple but flavourful, served on time, no exceptions. We know a production day runs on its schedule, and we plan our kitchen around yours — pre-calls, splits, night shoots, and everything in between.
From a six-person doco crew to a full unit base with craft service and a hot lunch, we scale the operation to the production, not the other way around. Every dietary requirement is logged against cast and crew, not guessed at on the day.
